Dr. Morris-Lange entwickelt die praxisorientierte Forschungsagenda der Stiftung und verantwortet die int. Studienreihe Allianz Foundation Study. I. R. dieser Forschungsreihe der Allianz Foundation untersucht er, welche Werte, Hoffnungen und Handlungsmotive junge Europäerinnen und Europäer heute bewegen.

Vor seiner Tätigkeit bei der Allianz Foundation arbeitete Dr. Morris-Lange unter anderem als stellvertretender Forschungsleiter beim Sachverständigenrat deutscher Stiftungen für Integration und Migration (SVR) sowie in der Bildungs- und Innovationsforschung.

Dr. Morris-Lange develops the Allianz Foundation's practice-oriented research agenda and is responsible for the international Allianz Foundation Study series. As part of this research programme, he examines the values, hopes, and motivations that shape the attitudes and actions of young Europeans today.

Before joining the Allianz Foundation, Dr. Morris-Lange served, among other roles, as Deputy Head of Research at the Expert Council of German Foundations on Integration and Migration. He has also worked extensively in the fields of education and innovation research.
