The conference will bring together students, teachers, researchers, and institutional leaders from EUNICoast and partner European university alliances around a shared question: 
How do we integrate AI into higher education responsibly, practically, and collectively?
The three-day programme covers AI in teaching and learning (4 November), AI policy and sovereignty (5 November), and AI and research across coastal and maritime dimensions (6 November). 
Poster sessions run across all three days.

Call for Papers (Abstract Submission): Researchers, academics, Master's and PhD students, and institutional contributors are invited to submit abstracts connected to AI and the five EUNICoast thematic areas. 
Selected contributions will be presented during the conference sessions on 6 November.

Call for Contributions (Inter-Alliance AI Challenge Labs): Participants are invited to propose a concrete AI-related challenge currently faced within their alliance, institution, or professional environment, whether in teaching, research, governance, or student services. 
Selected challenges will be developed in parallel sessions on 4 November and may contribute to a post-conference edited volume on AI in higher education.
