Manufacturing technology

Devices and equipment

The manufacturing technology laboratory provides a practice-oriented introduction to fundamental engineering concepts in the field of modern manufacturing processes. It offers students the opportunity to deepen their theoretical knowledge and gain a clear understanding of it through experimental investigations. In this way, manufacturing processes can be observed and evaluated under conditions that closely resemble real-world scenarios. Furthermore, the laboratory enables the targeted analysis of machining and forming processes, as well as relevant influencing factors. It makes an important contribution to understanding manufacturing processes and promotes the safe operation of machinery and equipment.
