The Examination Board is responsible for all tasks and decisions relating to the examination procedure and for the other tasks assigned by these regulations. In the case of applications and questions of doubt, it decides on the interpretation of the relevant standards of the examination regulations. An examination board is responsible for each faculty.

Please note:
Applications or appeals to the examination board should always be submitted via your responsible study office. This is where the formal preliminary examination takes place and your application is then forwarded to the relevant examination board chairperson for a decision.

Please also note:
Applications submitted to the examination board are generally informal. In the case of applications that require the approval of certain professors, it is advisable to have this confirmed on the application.
